KARL HEINZ HECK

December 2, 1946 – June 11, 2023

It is with deep and profound sadness to announce that Karl passed away peacefully with his family by his side, on Sunday, June 11, 2023, at the age of 76. 

Predeceased by his beloved wife Donna, with whom he shared 55 happy years. Cherished father of Bill (Mindy), Jason (Raquel), Trevor (Andrea), Crystal (Harley), the late Karl Jr. (Kim) and Michelle. Adored grandfather of Travis, Cody, McKenna, Dylan, Alyssa, Victoria, Sydney, Kayla, Alexandra, Chelsea, Gabriella, Nathan, Riley, Weston, Isabella, Daniella and the late Brandon. He will be dearly missed by his family and many friends. 

In Karl’s early years he served in the Canadian forces within the II PPCLI. His passion for hockey led him to play and coach throughout most of his life. Karl also had a long successful career within the insurance industry. 

We welcome friends and family to attend a joint celebration of life for Karl and Donna to be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023 at “The Heck House”. Contact family for details.
